
Project Manager and Assistant of Direction
DESCRIPTION
Archimede Solutions SARL is looking for an enthusiastic project manager with an excellent level of English to assist the direction. The candidate must have a formal University or business school qualification and an excellent level of English. The work shall be performed remotely. Full time and part time applications are welcome. Work time is flexible and most of the time the selected candidate will have the possibility to adapt his/her work hours according to his/her preferences.
- Develop and manage projects
- Organise training courses and events
- Support communication and research proposal submission
- Support online communication
- Writing reports and proposals to call for tenders
- Assisting the direction
REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
- University degree (or equivalent): minimum Bachelor level; Master’s degree preferred
- Excellent level of English (C1), both written and spoken
- Proficient with Excel and Powerpoint
- Capacity to work autonomously and in a team
- Sense of responsibility and strong attention to details
- Work remotely
Desired:
- Experience in events and training organizing
- Experience in writing and editing English documents
- 1-3 years of relevant professional work experience
- Other European languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, and German a plus
