Its top management and auditors are committed to ensuring: the impartiality of its certification services, the adherence to procedures for maintaining independence and objectivity, and the pro-active management of any threat of actual or perceived conflicts of interest affecting certifications.
Certification decisions are based on objective evidence of conformity or nonconformity, and ensures that any decisions made are not influenced by other interests or by other parties. Before a decision is made on a certification, the report of the lead Auditor is reviewed by a Reviewer who was not responsible for the audit and was not a member of the audit team.
When potential threats to impartiality arise, Archimede Solutions is committed to eliminate or mitigate those threats, or will renounce to the related certification. This process is monitored by the Impartiality Committee, which includes experts and a mix of stakeholders.
